The brg is splined onto the shaft use a couple of screwdrivers & pry it up gently , below that there is a chrome ring around the hub on the lock plate , pry the chrome ring up & there is a roll pin to drive out & the lock plate will slide off , then you can remove the lock arm retainer & get to the push pin for the lock cylinder , it will only depress in the on position , once depressed the lock will pull out
