Rear shock mounting plate help
« on: July 13, 2014 - 06:51:34 PM »
I'm getting rid of the ancient air shocks that are on the back of my challenger. Problem is the rear shock mounting plates are bent with the threaded end of the mounting stud angling towards the ground a good 10 degrees. At this point I put the old air shocks back on till I get this sorted out.

So far all I could find for replacements are ones from MP but they don't look very OE.

Does anyone know if there is an OE correct replacement out there?

or

Should I take them off and "persuade" them into alignment.

Thoughts and recommendations please...

Not sure who has new ones , I would slide a pipe over the stud & & tweak them upwards again .
