soundcontrol: Yes, that is Volvo's weld through primer. It is really great, the arc just goes straight through it. I bought it at Bilia in Malmö in October last year. I think it is this one

The ocean between all new parts makes this more interesting to say the least.. I have to not only consider the money involved, but also the time to get parts, sometimes three months for big parts going in a container. As for the stamina, I can only say that I'm exhausted constantly and the only thing pushing me forwards at the moment is the thought of one day driving this car. I sold my last mopar in the summer of 2015 and I miss the sound, smell and feel of a real proper muscle car.
