Can you buy light gray carpet for a 1970 challenger? If so, where?

I would start with AC carpets , they have been around a loooong time & make carpets for everything , I know the Vettes had a pearl carpet & grey is probably used in some cars so making an E body carpet using grey material should be no issue but may cost a bit more

Go to Rock Auto, they sell ACC in lots of colors including to grays... Pay extra & get the mass backing... Since your not doing a stock interior you might look at getting the "Essex" carpet, it's a better quality of carpet sold by ACC...
