295/50/15 on 8.5 wheels---- no modification.

dusty, what is your overall sidewall to sidewall outer measurement please, do you have a pic of the tire to spring and tire to lip please.

Don't guess, measure from the base of your wheel studs to your springs to see what spacing you have. Yours is probably different from mine, they can vary a lot. Tire retailers like Tire Rack give you the exact width at the widest part of the tire. Your b/s and offset have to be just right to leave you a 1/2" off your springs. I'll look through my papers to see if I still have that info and get you some pics.
