Front spring hanger hole to use w/Super Stock springs

Those of you who are using or have used Super Stock Springs, which front spring hanger hole did you find performed better for hooking up and coming out of the hole?

lower will push under the CG causing the front to rise & transfer weight , higher is aimed more at the CG & will transfer less weight but this will also alter the height of the car slightly
