Show my posts

I really like the feature "Show new replies to your posts" and " Show unread posts..." at the top when I log in. Is there a way that the site also could include "Show all my post" here? With the same layout as "Show new replies to your posts". I know I can find my post by going in to my profile, but that shows all my single post and not only the subject. A lot of times I quickly wanna re-read a subject I posted in, and if I just read it it dissapears from the links above.

Also is there a way to select my own set of smileys when I post, all those animated things at once makes me dizzy
