power window motor questions

so all 4 motors decided to die on me this week in the down position no less. was trying to google some  replacements has anyone used the dorman from rock auto? and how complicated is the job or should i send the originals out to get rebuilt by someone?

Seems kind of funny, all four died at one time. You might want to check for a blown fuse or bad ground before throwing away four window motors.

checked that the fronts try to go up but are super slow. backs wont budge  they are the original motors just never rebuilt so the guy before me just put em back in an figure he would deal with it when it was time.

Were the door panels removed recently. If the driver door panel was removed
the power window control may not be pressed together.
THe driver door rocker power control feeds to all windows
The rocker contacts on the driver door may be dirty or not making contact
since the door windows go up slow. 
Happened to me.
