Seeking value and opinions on 71 Cuda 340

I am looking at a 71 Cuda and need some help with determining what a fair price is to pay. The car is an original 340 3 speed, B5 blue car with only a few options. It now sports a shaker hood, non-original 340/4 speed. It has been upgraded with a rallye dash and the entire car is restored and very well done. Paint and panel alignment are excellent. except for the 3spd, this is my favorite combo and look (71', 340, shaker, gills, B5)
