I still cannot make sense out of paying that much for a car. Must be nice to be that rich.
If it was for charity you cannot claim the original sticker price of the car.
Must deduct sticker price and the remainder is claimed for charity.

When you are rich enough to plop down $825k for the 1st of whatever, I don't think you give a rip about not being able to deduct less than 10% of what you paid.  I think it would be equal to you and I paying $8.25 for something and then saying you can't claim 70 cents of that.

Also, if the entire car is donated and all the proceeds go directly to a charity with no fees deducted does this even apply?
