71 340 Cuda Wanted
« on: May 05, 2014 - 10:17:10 AM »
Looking to buy a real 71 340 Cuda. Four speed preferred but would consider an automatic with good options.
Would like a good driver and better that has never been rotten.
Does not have to be numbers matching but must have an original fender tag at a minimum.
Not looking to steal one but not looking to get bent over either.
I have cash or muscle cars to trade including a 71 440-6 Challenger driving project.

Thanks for the ad.

I believe this BS.... guy has already been to your house to check out the cars.

Rear axle codes are a bit confusing D56 on your BCS could stand for both 3:54 Dana 60 or 3:55 8 3/4 . Yours would have been an 8 3/4.

Dana rear ends were only available with 440-6 and Hemi on 71 E-bodies.

Frank's yellow car is pretty nice but I have the time to wait for something a little closer to what I want.

Good luck Frank.
