Finally got to put all the Viper conversion parts, sitting on my shelf for two years, to good use. The calipers are Gen I Viper 4 piston ($200), the discs are 73 New Yorker 11-3/4 ($150) and the conversion kit is by Cass @ Dr Diff ($275). It could not have been easier with the kit from Cass - beautiful workmanship. Except (a word from the now wise) when installing these units the caliper now goes on the rear not front like stock due to the staggered pistons according to Cass. I sold my 73 disc spindles and new Cordoba setup to another member who lives close by. I gained some freebie 74-76 Dart drum spindles for this kit to work. The pictures show the unit installed on the front for the right side but since then it is now corrected. The units (as pics show) fit inside stock Dodge 7"x 15" steelies. Have not had the chance to drive it as I blew a hydra boost hose as it had shorted out on the main 12V battery stud (my fault) and created a weak spot in the braid. Now winter is coming.
I also removed the Hotchkiss arms (don't need that adjustability) and installed Moog offset bushings in the stockers to gain the caster and camber combination I need. I had too much dirt around the Hotchkiss HEIMs and could see trouble coming with them wearing out. Arms will be for sale soon as I get pics posted. I want to do some long distance driving soon with this car and don't need the side of the road issues.
