Those levers looked like what my 4 speed had. Don't know about the shift lever though. Now of course I have the Passon A855 and they are totally different. Sometimes (because these original transmissions are old) shifting issues are caused by worn parts inside the tranny such as 1-2 or 3-4 synchromesh hub that fits between (eg) 1st and 2nd gears. The outer shifting piece forms wear grooves in them and causes the sliding function to be dificult. When one takes a tranny apart anything that has grooves worn in should be replaced even though they cost lots but it gives the tranny a new lease on life. In my opinion, I believe most tanny issues are not the levers and linkages outside but are worn parts and bearings on the inside. I base this last statement on all the gearboxes I have had issues with and how I repaired them and the end result.
