If you noticed the AC vents...
I have a roll of narrow chrome tape.
I like it better than the painted look.
I should have sanded the edge smooth to get a better look.
To late and a bth to remove the vents.........

Now what do you put on the dash to protect it?  ?  ?

Nice job. I like going back and forth between two of your pictures, the unpainted and painted interior shots. That really shows the transformation.

Can you tell us about your prep-work before spraying?  Did you use the Vinyl prep. stuff or Lacquer thinner??
How many coats to cover?
I have to do a Tan dash Black for my 72 Satellite.
Thanks Ron

Prep  haha  DAWN Ultra bottle soap.  Lathered up parts 2-3 times.

rinse and wipe down.  let dry. i never used any vinyl products on interior.

Apply light coats as directed on can.

Don't use paint on vinyl it fills in the texture........

how many cans did you use on the dash. I am thinking about buying enough to do the A-pillars and the trim around the windows but dont know how many cans that would be. should the trim around the windows be burnt orange or brown?
