440-6 Pack, 727 Auto, 2.23 83/4, power steering, power disc brakes, GB5/white, console,AM radio,black RT stripe,and originally a 14" steel wheel car.Currently 15X6.5 Rallyes with new BF Goodrich tires.
Numbers matching engine and transmission.
Fresh carb rebuilds, new fuel tank, new Metro door panels and seat backs to go with the car.I also have the original side scoops to go with it.

This is a very smooth driving car without the rattles and squeaks that most E-bodies have. If you drove this car you would buy it.
A good solid driver that could be driven as is or a great base for an OE restoration.If you can do some work yourself you will not find a better deal on a real numbers matching 440-6 car.

Simply...I give them a invoice for $1000.00 CDN (for example) They go to their bank to transfer the funds to me....That same invoice only cost them $700 USD.....My prices don't change but your savings seem to get better every day as our dollar tanks

Congrats on the sale Rick!  I guess there is a market for 71s after all.  That market apparently is California, the only guy seriously interested in mine was from CA!
I had to store mine away from home to make room for my T/A project.  I don't know what I'll do now.  Maybe see if I can put a lift in my garage so I can keep 4 cars in there and forget trying to sell it.
I'll figure that out later...
Sorry we didn't get a chance to talk at MCACN other than a quick hello.  Did you get a chance to check out the 71 V code in the for sale section?  A friend of mine owned and restored it, but had to sell it before finishing it.  His paint and body guy put an incorrect vinyl top on it, but otherwise it's very cool.
He was wondering what the current owner is asking, anyone hear?

Brad that show was just too short to spend the time you should with everyone. Add in your duty with the ragtops and there wasn't any time.
 I like them all and spent most of my time trying to see everything that was there. I will be back next year for sure.
I did look at the FC7 71 Challenger V-code. I talked with the owner's brother on Thursday night and he said he paid $100k for it five or so years ago. It has been stored away since purchased and has yet to run under his ownership. I heard the asking price was $175k 

Thanks for the positive comments, the buyer and I are happy and this Challenger will get the treatment it deserves. I have three other projects that have a higher priority to me and this sale will allow me to focus on those.
