Hello!
CarTech Books has asked me to write
The Definitive Guide To The 1970-1974 Dodge Challenger and Plymouth Barracuda, and I'm trying to contact those who turned the design concepts that Styling created into the production '70-'74 Barracuda (and Challenger).
Do you have any contact information for anyone who worked in Chrysler Engineering (especially Plant Engineering at Hamtramck Assembly, plus Body/Powertrain/Chassis Engineering) who were involved with the E-Body cars during 1967-69?
Time is of the essence--I have an
end-of-this-month (January, 2015) deadline to get this chapter on the E-Body's development completed. Any contact information that you, or your E-Body owners may have, will be greatly appreciated. (I'll include a thanks to you in the book's Acknowledgements section, and send along an autographed copy once it rolls off the presses if you do.)
BTW--I was
Mopar Muscle Magazine's Associate Editor from July of 2007 until last February, and I wrote nearly 200 car feature--including lots of E-Body features (including cover stories), as well as historical features and the monthly new-products and readers' rides sections.
Sincerely,
Scott Ross
