That's always been an issue. They bill you for an order of several things, then once they ship them, they inform you of the "back order", real pain in the butt for me because I drive an hour and a half to pick items up at the border  :pullinghair:

I really like how that when you order something over the phone from a real live person you don't get a e-mail that your item(s) were shipped until 2-3 days later.  :popcorn:

Whatever happened to fast service with them?
Seems that if you live in the southeast of the country,  S&H charges aren't so brital from them I imagine.
