Thanks for the vid.  :2thumbs: Thinking about doing it myself.
Has anybody road tested this mod? Anybody with feedback whether it made your steering more precise?

Same exact questions here...........
It that on right? I was under the impression it slides up on the splines of the gear box.
Seems to be hanging low?

I read this article and thought it sounded like a good idea, so I ordered one.

I have one.  I did not install it as the only modification so I cannot say that it alone makes my steering more accurate.   But with all of my mods, my steering is excellent with great feedback as to what the front tires are doing.  I think that any mod that will support the steering box, goes a long way to getting better feel.  The cost is not extravagant, and it is really a simple install.  It seems easier to install this sector shaft support than to box in all the bracing for the steering box on the k frame.

Bingo. This is an addition for assembled cars so you don't need to tear things down. If you car is apart, you can save the cost of this by gusseting the K frame. If your car is together, its next to impossible to gusset the K, so this addtion will reduce deflection of the steering box when used with aggressive alignments and wide tires.
