Mopar Hemi Block Availability

Hi, Iam Asking this Question for a friend.
He Is Trying to source a New Mopar Hemi BlocK, ( for a Hemi Stroker) But everybody says that World Products have not made them for 5 Years  and all the regular sites ( jegs, Summit) advise that they are no longer available
He I happy to purchase Ex USA and ship to Australia
Can anybody shed any light on what the facts are
Any help would be appreciated
