Yep, sure is. However, that baseplate also fits on a 440. Looks pretty sweet too..I bumped into a guy who had it on his 440 6 challenger, and it looked really good.
When I got my '70 Cuda with a 340 6-Barrel it had the 440 base plate and I switched it for the 340, just so you can compare. I love how it seals up to the AAR hood!
