Yup, that what I was thinking. I may keep the clamps on till I get the car assembled, in case I need to tweak the exhaust. Then weld them in. I might change the mufflers to Spintech or something , so I may leave it removable.  :bigsmile:

Thanks for all the input.  The TTI hangers are admittedly over-engineered.  They're like 1/4" steel that bolt onto sheet metal brackets on the car.  I did call TTI and they confirmed that the wide side of the hanger should be mounted inboard.

Yup, I painted mine flat black the day after I installed them. Much better now...

I just painted mine flat black this morning so that they are not as apparent from behind the car.

Funny, I actually like seeing the mufflers and clamps from behind.
