Need new headers!
« on: July 18, 2015 - 08:07:21 PM »
Pulled mine today (on a 360) so could remove the heads and had more than one hole under the header wrap.  Was all done by the last person.  so I have 2 questions:

1) Which headers that won't break the bank in a big way
2) Wrap or don't wrap? (if you don't wrap will they not kill the starter over time being so close?

3 choices & you get what you pay for
 Best are TTI or Dougs
 Worse are the Hooker 5115
All 3 stay above the steering center link

Thx Chryo!  Will any of the Doug's models be a good choice or is there a specific one I need to look at?

A lot of the members here have used Dougs & should have a part # but they are well made & fit properly as well as being ceramic coated
