1970 Challenger 440 U-code plug wire routing and shields
« on: May 16, 2015 - 01:28:28 PM »
Just got a set of date coded plug wires but can't seem to find any diagrams which show the correct wire routing, retainers and shields.  The PO put aftermarket valve covers and other stuff on it so no telling how it is supposed to be.

The Challenger is a 440, single 4-barrel, automatic with air if that makes a difference in the routing.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.  That's a great start.  Are there higher resolution pics so I can zoom in?  Anyone know if the 6-pak and the single 4-barrel routing and shields are the same?  I know, the coil placement is different...

Are there any others out there with OEM routing pics or diagrams?
