POR 15 Hemi Orange

Is the POR 15 "Hemi Orange" the race Hemi or street Hemi color?

72 Cuda, owned 25 years. 496, with ported Stage VI heads, .625 in solid roller, 254/258 at .050, 3500 stall, 3.91 rear. 850 Holley DP, Reverse manual valve body.

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"

Saw that. It doesn't answer my question regarding the POR 15 however.

I recall a previos post that a member had anti freeze get on his POR-15 paint and it became dis colored.

If you want a nice glossy paint with a nice hue, then I suggest Plasti Kote 226.

It has a nice hue that's a little more glossy than what OEM was.

If you want dead nuts, perfect match color then you need to order from Roger Gibson Restorations.
The original orange really didn't have a gloss to it. I nicknamed it..."muddy orange".

I'm looking for the Street Hemi color in a non spray can. I want to apply it with a brush for touch ups.
