This is such an intriguing option.  How about raising the inboard tie rod end to minimize the outboard ends leverage arm and increase ground clearance?   How close to the torsion bar is too close?   Would the Borgeson Close Ratio box with stock arms would increase torsion bar clearance?    How much longer is your cylinder because of your "A" LCA and "C" spindle?   SO many questions...
As I remember it there is no room to raise the inboard tie rods. They are too close to the torsion bar. The chassis doesn't know what brand of steering box is in it as the steering arms end up in the same spot.  The A-Body LCA's are 3/16" longer than the E/B body.

You can't move things around for increasing clearance or changing appearance without impacting geometry and as a result, performance capability. Everything impacts everything else in suspension design and it functions in three dimensions so an .1" change in one pivot location can result in a .75" change at the end of a one of the levers.

This morning, while the car sat at ride height, I rotated the steering box to see what kind of inner tie rod end to Torsion Bar clearance I had.  It was huge.  Nearly an inch.  I will be putting new T-Bars in, 1.1"(ish).  That'll change that gap but only a little over .050".   Pan clearance will dictate lifting the bar but whether shimming the box/idler or shimming the inner tie rod, this should help alleviate the shimming needed at the outer tie rod end?

This should solve your pan clearance:
