anyone else get a strange hard to describe noise from your engine?

mine sounds fine when first started then a min or so later I get this low tone from the carb that sounds like a French horn playing one note until the engine is fully warmed up then it goes away. 3 different carbs and dose it like clockwork,hard to figure out . it's a faint sound coming from the carb/manifold and starting to bug me.

if it is its in the carb throat cause that's where it's coming from

car was surging at cruise 3000 rpm so I caped off the vac advance. fixed the surging and no more noise. I'm such a novice
