IMO a better way is to use 1973 C-Body spindles. Bigger brakes, more KPI, 5/8" drop and raises the ball joint above center.
Yeah but 73 C body spindles were tough to find before B & E body guys started looking for them... I know cause I've been looking for a set for a C body project for years... The only set I found that were real 73's not a 71 being told they are all the same the guy wanted $350 for bare spindles.. They are still rusting in the same place...
