silly, silly this is
« on: July 21, 2015 - 08:17:43 PM »
One more thing that I will never have to worry about, lol. http://video.foxnews.com/v/4366193532001/report-hackers-remotely-cut-jeep-cherokees-engine/?intcmp=obnetwork&playlist_id=2114913880001#sp=show-clips

All of my vehicles are pre-1997.

Seriously? What is up with this?

In my best twilight zone voice.....

" Imagine if you will a world where if you had unpaid parking tickets, were monitored speeding , following to close, unpaid child support, late on a alimony payment, ran a red light, your vehicle failed a emissions monitoring test, had a brake light out, unpaid property taxes, didn't renew your drivers licence or a thousand other infractions/reasons big brother didn't like you doing  something they could simply shut your vehicle off via satellite.  When ever, where ever....  Well welcome to the wonderful world of new modern OBDII and OBDIII

Want to work on your own car instead of getting raped at a dealer ship? Well that too has been made illegal, see you don't really own your car it's more of a lease. You now have to go to a dealership for any repairs including bodywork.

Welcome to the new world folks......"

Yeah, when I went to WYO Tech back when they first started, people were worried that the new trend was going to be sealed engine compartments, lol.

LOL, cough, cough, hold on, I'm an old fart cough, lol. Have to catch my breath, cough.

Might hold on to my 85 Bronco for a few more years after all. lol.

First, they want smart highways so you can't steer at all, and now hackers want to steer you into a ditch? lol; ROFLMAO.
What am I missing?
