I found original "build sheet" behind rear seat....is it a "big deal" to have??

I just have to say this.

Several of you keep your build sheets in a locked safe or in a documents folder and not in the car itself.
If and when something happens to you the build sheet will be in a bunch of stuff that no one else cares about.  Then the document might be lost in the process.

I think it's a great idea to make copies and at least place several back in the car so in thirty years your grand kids track down your car they can still find the build sheet information.

I have only found one build sheet and now that car has about 6 build sheets stashed everywhere.  The new owner is changing everything on the car and one day those spare build sheets might help that car back to it's originality. 

Just my two cents again.

Not sure where you are at but it is interesting to note that we in Socal Oc can be so unmoved by a measly 4.0 tremor.
doesn't slow us down a bit...

I'm glad someone thought it a good idea. Maybe one more person will find a build sheet in 40 years.

I found a build sheet years ago in the back of a seat that wasn't even for the same car it was in.
I hear that happened alot.
