That must have been just a reflection on the picture that makes it look white in the front. That car was a black AAR with black stripe right beside Alan's purple AAR.

I'm bettin it was reflective black vinyl that was used. Straight black vinyl don't reflect light that IMHO.

It looked charcoal grey to me, but now that I see it in a photo I would say it's reflective black.  Nice car.
