What is the T outlet made for?
Is this where they would normally hook up a vacuum guage while on the brake booster?

I think you can use the extra port for cruise without affecting the brake assist but yes you can tap in for vacuum readings too .

Was the port intentioned to be used for anything else?
Or was it put there for testing vacuum manifold?
