I'm kinda weird in what I would like for a toy.

Yes, I love the E bodies, the Chargers, the early Barracudas. But I love different. Been looking for a Station Wagon, an early Mopar that were kinda ugly. But this car, in this color takes the cake.

It bothers me that the ad says "great driver". I'm thinking the flaws might be on the interior. It seemed strange that they had no picture of it with the top down.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here. I like the car actually, but I have ZERO feel for the market on that car.

That is a sharp Fury for sure, but I think it is a little overpriced...

It might be priced for the guy that has to have THAT CAR. If you're not worried about reselling it down the road I wouldn't hesitate.  If you'd like to play with it for awhile and then sell it and buy something else you're probably going to lose a lot of money.

Nicely said, watching the total restoration prices on our E-Bodies and the later sale prices, I believe that we can say the same thing about these cars as well

Well, heres my deal. When I find the car I want I will have no intension of ever selling it. If it was built correctly I will pay a fair price without trying to beat the seller down to the ground. When people pull that crap on me I end the conversation. Period. Whatever I get I will slowly modify it to my taste and keep it till the end. Would really like an old school gasser, or a cool Station wagon, or, well something different. I really like AMC's to.   :2thumbs:   Just sayin.   :2thumbs:

I'm sorry, but those Virgil Exner designed early 60's (60-61-62) Mopars are just butt-ugly! :puke: Exner must have been on something when he drew them up. :eek4:

Fortunately by 64 the design team turned it around and put out a good looking car - the 64 Belevedere and Sport Fury - now that is a good looking Mopar!
Cheers!
