Anyone seen those Scat Pack glass etching?

I saw this on a 1970 Challenger this weekend. Anyone know anything about them? Initials with MG?

A sign shop can make a stencil of the picture.  Then put the sticker on your window, pull away the drawing from the sticker stencil.
Then just put the acid etch gel on the window.  Wash with water, remove sticker and you have it. 

Looks like that was done by a non professional from the line work that I see.
