What temperature switch to choose?

My engine is a mild 440 for street use only, cooled by a BeCool radiator with two electric fans and using a Meziere water pump with a 180 thermostat. I don't want to run a manual switch, because I may forget to turn it on or off. I have found two electric switches which I could install on the pump to connect the ground for the two fans, but I don't know what should the temperatures be for setting it on and off:

(Going on at 185 and going off at 170) - probably right

What do you guys think? Is there any other reliable system-switch that you suggest I should use? Thanks anyway...

 I would run temp on/off @ 200 degrees. But the question is do you have a place near the thermostat to install it ?  You can also get the adjustable switches that go in the fins of the radiator, which I prefer because of adjustability.

Thanks Mark, you mean install a probe which goes through the fins, I have searched for that, but I haven't seen anyone with exact measurement, like a button which you could turn it to 200 for example. Is there something in particular I should use which has a measurent?

                   This is an excellent unit. Adjusts with a small screwdriver, you go by your temp gauge. Excellent reviews also. I've install one about a year ago, never a problem.
