Finally got this resolved, here's how Jim ( Toxicwolf ) did it. Instead of calling to complain about our long running problem, he called and asked for sales dept.
Sure enough, no wait, instant service. So he orders another complete kit, the correct one we need, gives cc info, sale complete.
Everybody happy, but wait
then he mentions he needs to return the incorrect one we have been trying to get exchanged. Gave them his original invoice #, shipped back. Done deal. Will never do business with them again.
