    On a 1970 challenger with a console shift would there also be a linkage going to the steering column?  I have most of the column linkage not all.  Connected to the column would also lock the transmission with the ignition column lock.

    My 1970 Barracuda does, I can't imagine the Challenger being different. Hopefully someone with a '70 Chally will confirm it.
