You`re better of asking on euro mopar boards.    These engines are not wanted or expensive here... for the freight costs alone, you can probably pick up 10  318`s in Germany or France

if I could actually pick up anything from the US, my car would be nearly finished by now instead of collecting dust into a storage locker. I`m looking for someone that is actually willing to ship one to Cyprus or Romania

Did you check in Scandinavia? There are numerous cheap 318's for sale here but I'm afraid the freight charges would be horrific. As Dutch says, check in Germany and South Europe, you might even be able to locate one in Turkey.

Heck your best bet would be to buy a whole parts car and ship it over there
