71 challenger broadkastsheet

what does "spesial handling? and the number mean?

i understand that this was a Public relations car .
it has a 318/904, Power discs, de luxe seats, ac, tinted glass. and ralley dash.

Somebody can jump in here if I'm wrong, but if I recall correctly, "Special Handling" meant that the car got some kind of special treatment on the assembly line. I think a lot of the special handling cars were dealer ordered. My last parts car was a Special Handling car.

It has Y28 and Y86 so yes it is a "Public Relations" car and required a special "dealer pre-service".

So "Special Handling" on the broadcast sheet just means that the car got extra care while going down the assembly line :2cents:
