HELP with choosing brake set up

Restoring my 70 Challenger.
I am "used" to manual  brakes on my other cars,,,, but not sure what to run on this car.
It will be for street use, but plan on running a bigger motor ( 500 stroker w/solid cam ) so not sure how much vacuum i will have....
I am running Dr Diff's front and rear disc brake set up.....
I would like to keep this as simple as possible,,,,that's why i am leaning toward manual brakes if i can get away with it.
Trying to avoid running a external set up to supply vacuum for power brakes,,,,but will do whatever i need to if the manual set up wont get the job done

I got a Hydratech setup for mine, runs on the PS pump, have not tried it yet, but people that use it likes it.

Why change, most prefer the feel of manual brakes.
If you don't already have the 11.75" discs up front, get those.

No reason to go power.

Which brake kit and did you ask Cass (DrDiff)?  The recommended MC size will depend on the size of the caliper pistons and the preference for a manual/power setup. 
I went with DrDiff's stage 4 fronts and the larger rear kits and he recommended the 15/16" MC for manual brakes.

 Update
 I spoke with Cass, I had purchased my Dana and my disc brake set up from him previously. . He recommended the 15/16 master cylinder. Fortunately I already had a manual brake pushrod, firewall plate and distribution block. I ended up just having to get the master cylinder and firewall adapter from him. I think that should take of the brakes.
