Ribbed, my '73 Challenger had this OE.  The replacement I purchased looks the same but rather than cloth is a lightweight vinyl.

Not sure what material this one is ... http://www.themoparshop.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=48_45&products_id=2532&osCsid=lc44uho7bdm55rvgskbpvlsi71

Thanks Bullit, the vinyl is what I'm trying to avoid, when I purchased my car the previous owner had purchased one of the vinyl ones with the holes in it and although it will work ok, its just too shiny and I dont like it.
looking for the cloth type, Dante has the vinyl for around that $70 mark and the Yourkshire for $170.

I don't know about Dantes... but you might want to contact these guys:

I got a sample of the fabric awhile back, and it's dead-on to my 73s original headliner... which is what you have in that pic.
