How about Nut & Bolt Supply or Spaenaur in Kitchener or just Home Hardware? Really Murray, you're not trying to keep up with Alan or concours restoration here, are you? It doesn't need to be a dogpoint bolt, just to hold the bumper on, does it? Any good farmer would have a nice junk box where there'd be 3 bolts that'd fit.  :poopoke:
