Challenger Front bumper brackets

Is there a difference between the challenger front bumper brackets from 70-74. I have 73 brackets and am not thrilled with how the bumper is tucking. Hoping 70 brackets will tuck them closer if different?

You can slot the holes on the 73 brackets to move the bumper back some.
