Options, colors...etc, without Build tag or Build sheet?

I am looking at a 70 Chally, R/T, 383, with no fender tag, and no build sheet found.  It hasn't been driven much in the last 20 years, and is rust free but needs paint.  Engine block is not original.

How much does a lack of build sheet or fender tag hurt the vehicle?

It's not going to be a top $$ car without documentation. That said, if you are looking to do a car the way you want or modify it, it's a good prospect for that. I'd say with no build sheet and fender tag, it's at least 20% lower than a well documneted car.
