Hey my brother lives in rustico PEI . If I remember Right there is/was a pretty good mopar engine builder there, not sure of the name but last name smith I think.
Louis Smith Racing! He has built a couple engines and has done heads for me over the years. He had a Dayton drag car he used to travel around racing with for years.
