I am working on my 70 cuda. under the dash at the bulk head their are two openings. on the bottom of the fuse panel, one is battery one is accessory. When I take a reading from a voltmeter, Battery reads 12.4 volts from my voltmeter, accessory reads 0 volts. With the key in and in the run position accessory reads 10.4 volts. Reason I was checking voltage at accessary was because I needed to have over twelve volts for electric choke on my Holley double pumper. should the voltage at the accessory be 12.4 volts like at the battery? Or is their Resistance somewhere? If so where can it be? Has anybody ran into this issue before? Help mopar nation!!!! car is 70 cuda 340 engine with pistal grip 4-speed.
