I suspect someone is missing a fender tag because this guy took the tag before the new "owner" got the car. Really too bad that people do it, as IMHO a fender tag that isn't with the car it came on doesn't serve a purpose.

Something tells me that there was a deal that went badly - this is a middle finger to the guy for $2,000 bux.
That said, when John Q Public goes to sell the next R/T he'll be able to talk about here there is no rust and that it's a california car... because it's only 4 months old hahah.
