I know, the rule of thumb is 2 x 383. so a 750 is the most common to use, but is it the most practical for street use ?
My engine is a stock 383 that's "suppose" to have an HP cam and has HP exhaust manifolds with an Eldebrock Thunder AVS(vacuum secondary's) 650 and an Eldebrock Performer intake. I also have a Tremec 5 speed. Wife and I love cruising around and maybe driving 100miles in a day so I don't want to see my mileage really hurting. But I would like more kick when I stomp the throttle when first taking off, but will not be going through the gears street racing or anything like that.
For various reasons I will get a Holly, but am undecided on which one.
