I'm currently looking for a number of parts also.  I think I did see a set of louvers on craigslist in Philadelphia. I think there were some on ebay the last day or two.  Also, I have had reasonable luck at Tony's Parts: http://www.tonysparts.com

Look at E-bodies both NOS and used.  You have to call and check, they may be on the list but they may be gone by the time you call.
