That means they are high mileage, hard compound, last long time tires with white letters. They will grip as good as any other S or T speed rated tire with a B or C traction rating such as BFG, Cooper Cobra, MT ST. They will not grip anything like a drag radial. Street tire pure and simple. They may make a good smoke show though.
