Anythings possible but I seriously doubt it.... It' a Chrysler PR shot, the fender tag would show Y28 & an Export car would either be shipped out or delivered to a serviceman not sent out for PR photos...

Thanks for your reply
I know It is a wild shot,  but maybe the PR photo was for the Europe marked,  and do to high import tax we got the plain looking challengers JH23N1B100164 ( but heavy loaded with options , like an R/T )

And do to my build date 802  and the photo release date 6 September. and the thin pin striping ( I do not know how many challengers got that optoin)
Has anyone seen this PR photo in colour  ?  If it is not GF3 , then i know it is not mine.

Do you have the broadcast sheet for your car ? Can you confirm the other options that the car in the pictures appears to have ?
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

Although it appears as if the photo has had airbrushed touch ups, it looks like the car is wearing E60X15 tires which is rare, although they could be F70X14's the car definitely has rally rims which is an extra cost option only listed on your BCS. Also front bumper guards, dual mirrors, vinyl top, pin stripe, etc...

Your car is coded for door edge moldings & sill moldings that aren't present on the car in the photo..
The car in the photo clearly has a black vinyl top, your car is coded for a white top...
Also your accent stripe is coded as white & the car in the photo has a dark colored stripe..
Add to that your car is coded for a chrome mirror...
The California license plate on the car in the photo probably means the photo was't intended for the export market....

My vinyl top was black ( error from the decoding guy)
The licence plate was also used on a -70 R/T
